General terms

By accessing and using rougeprint.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or creating an account.

rougeprint is operated by a private individual registered in Italy under P.IVA IT02805980907. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and customers of the site.

The catalogue is publicly accessible. However, completing a purchase requires creating a free account. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Products

All prints sold on rougeprint are fine art reproductions produced on Hahnemühle 310gsm archival paper using professional-grade pigment inks. Each print is produced on demand — no item is held in stock.

Product images on the site are accurate representations of the final print. Minor variations in colour rendering may occur depending on your screen calibration.

Orders & payment

Orders are accepted exclusively through the rougeprint.art website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to purchase the selected content in your country of residence.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. rougeprint does not store card details. Accepted methods include:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Bank transfer on request for orders over €200

Orders are confirmed by email. Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled once initiated.

Pricing & discounts

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include Italian VAT where applicable. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout:

• 3–5 prints: 7% discount
• 6–9 prints: 15% discount
• 10 or more prints: 25% discount

Discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes unless explicitly stated.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping is available across Europe. Tracking information is sent automatically once your order is dispatched.

All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. No reference to the content or the brand name appears on the outside of the parcel. All shipments are fully insured.

In the event of loss or damage in transit, rougeprint will reproduce and reship at no additional cost, subject to a claim being filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Intellectual property

All images, designs, and content available on rougeprint.art are protected by copyright. The purchase of a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the work in a private residential setting.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use any purchased print for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rougeprint. The rougeprint brand, logo, and site design are the exclusive property of the operator.

Content & access

rougeprint sells fine art prints that may contain artistic nude photography. The catalogue is publicly visible. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to purchase and display adult artistic content in your country of residence
• You will not share access credentials with minors

rougeprint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

Account & membership

Creating an account is free and required to complete a purchase. Your account provides access to:

• Order history — a complete record of your past purchases to avoid duplicates
• Wishlist — save prints you wish to purchase later
• Order tracking and communication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. rougeprint is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from failure to protect your login details.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, order data will be retained for the legally required period under Italian fiscal law.

Limitation of liability

rougeprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts. For EU consumers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Data collected

We collect personal data only where necessary to provide our services. This includes:

• Account data: email address, name (required for registration and purchase)
• Order data: name, shipping address, order history
• Wishlist data: prints saved for future purchase
• Purchase history: records of completed orders, used to prevent duplicate purchases
• Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe — not stored on our servers
• Communication data: messages sent via the contact form

How we use your data

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Order data is retained for 10 years as required by Italian fiscal law. Account data, wishlist, and purchase history are retained until account deletion is requested. Upon deletion, order records are anonymised rather than erased, to comply with fiscal obligations.

Policy

As each print is produced on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will reproduce and reship at no cost. Refunds are issued only in cases where reproduction is not possible.

Claim process

To file a claim for a damaged or defective order:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect
• We will assess the claim and respond within 3 business days
• If valid, we will reproduce and reship at no additional cost

Claims filed after 7 days of receipt may not be accepted. Lost orders must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Refunds, where issued, are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
